Heya, all.
I'm having a rather important life plan ahead, and I might require some financial boost—although not urgently. Right now, I'm considering to print & ship my existing artworks to save up for a limited time. After this, I won't have the time to take care of future purchases for some time. If you find anything interesting on my gallery, feel free to hit me up and we can talk about it privately.

Alternatively, I'm planning to set up a society6 account, which will probably charge more for the prints and bring me less revenue. But it will require less maintenance & effort from me.

I also may or may not accept some commissions now, depending on my availability and the details of the project. Considering my limited time, I will be extremely picky at choosing commissions to accept.

Holy shit Chewy is awesome

First of all, hello to the new followers!

The response to the crests I posted the other day has been fantastic. Each day I wake up, I find heartwarming messages on my tumblr inbox & FB page. Your support means so much to me.

Earlier this month, I planned to focus on other non-pokémon projects and tone down all this noktowly business throughout 2014. But you guys successfully changed my mind. So, expect to see more cards in the Major Arcana series in the following weeks!

Spoiler alert: I might get involved in another big pokémon fan-project this summer. Stay tuned for more information!

Because ChewbaccaBigSis just got me a 3-mo premium ;____;
You're too nice, chews. <333

Friends, I need your opinion now.

My shipments to Finland and the US were successful, and I’m getting more demands to ship my prints worldwide. Right now I’m considering to reprint more of my works.

What I need to know are:
• Which one of my works are you interested in? see here or here.
• What’s your preferred print size?
• How much would you pay for that?
(mind that the cost of worldwide shipping ranges from $5 to $10 from where I live, and the estimated delivery time is 2-3 weeks)

Also, Paypal recently decided to be a bitch and suspended my account for no reason, making it hard for me to receive money from around the world. Considering I don’t need the money at the moment, I think the upcoming prints money can help the victims of the recent Super Typhoon Haiyan. I can still cover the production & shipping costs myself. (I believe the demand isn’t that high anyway)

What do you think of the plan?

Expect something special from me SOON.
Show me the best Halloweeny Pokémon artworks you've seen!

Also, did you know that Pokémon Reorchestrated is offering free horrifying Halloween single, 'From Dusclops Till Dawn' for everyone who pledged at least $1 to their Kickstarter campaign by 12pm PDT this Thursday? You'd better grab it while it lasts!
I have things to do but I'm bored so let's talk.
And hello to my new watchers, I suppose!

Or you might wanna check out my non-pokemon project, :iconmanakala:
Hello everyone! seiryuuden and BunnyKick will be opening a booth on AFAID 2013!! The booth is located on booth number 11!
I will also drop some of my limited edition prints to be sold there.

Check out Sei's journal to see what we're selling.

*Journal's shamelessly stolen from Sei since I'm too lazy to write muahaha
So I'll be in Singapore this Saturday-Tuesday (17-19). I'll have two friends with me, but if any of you guys wanna meet up... I'll try to sneak out. Let's see if my friends will let me slip away :B

We're still not sure what we're gonna do anyway. This whole trip is so random.

On a sidenote, check out my newest project, Manakala
Manakala is an artistic community project where you "explore" the imaginary universe of Manakala and "discover" new species of peculiar creatures known as Kala.

I just finished all the artworks and launched it today, so we don't have that much in the gallery yet. One thing I can promise you, though, it's gonna be a puntastic project. For a while, me and some of my friends will draw most of the artwork, but I'm inviting anyone here who might be interested in joining us.

Manakala is also on tumblr, twitter, and facebook
Most of you must have noticed that I never tried to sell my prints. Anywhere. But recently, some good friends forced talked me to try selling them at cons. Now that the epic seiryuuden is going to have a table at AFAID this September, I considered trying to sell a few things there.

But I need some onions opinions.
• Which ones should I print?
• How many?
• Preferred size?
• Pricing?

P.S. I have a Xerneas WIP that I've never posted here. If I could finish it before September, I'm going to print it out as well.
P.P.S. Sei is going to sell Xerneas & Yveltal charms as well. If you happen to be in Jakarta this September, be sure to drop by her table and grab dem adorbs charms.

For the past several days, I have consulted with some people to help me out with my upcoming Major Arcana series (mostly ezeqquiel and ChibiSilverWings). Bringing Major Arcana to the Pokémon world is apparently harder than I thought. I have already figured out most of the cards, but there are a few left that I'm still not sure of. I decided to open the creative process to public, so that you guys can participate in the concept phase. I'm more interested in non-human characters with backstories or in-game events, but I'm excited to see any idea you guys have, nevertheless.

The 22 cards in the upcoming series are:
0 The Fool
1 The Magician
2 The High Priestess
3 The Empress
4 The Emperor
5 The Hierophant
6 The Lovers
7 The Chariot
8 Strength
9 The Hermit
10 Wheel of Fortune
11 Justice
12 The Hanged Man
13 Death
14 Temperance
15 The Devil
16 The Tower
17 The Star
18 The Moon
19 The Sun
20 Judgement
21 The World

What sets me apart from any other artists?
What are my strong points?
My unique characteristics?
In a site with hundreds of art pieces, how do you find out that a particular artwork is made by me, without even looking at the artist's name?

I'm in the process of making a deck of Major Arcana tarot cards, and I want to make the visual as "Noktowl" as possible. I want to avoid similarities with other artists, whenever possible.

Thank you xoxo
Shining, shimmering, splendid.

My Fifty Shapes of Gyarados is nothing compared to that single image.
I must admit defeat.
I'm a tarot n00b so I need some guidance. I know the images consist of specific symbolism, but I want my upcoming series to be loosely based on the original cards, which means I'll break a lot of rules. If someone here knows more than I do, and is willing to sit down and explain the basic idea to me, I'd be glad to listen :B
We're constantly inspired by other people. So why don't you link me to the artists who inspire you recently?

Mine:
Andy Gilmore - This man has a sick spatial sense to construct geometrical pattern, and deconstruct them with anomalies and coloration to create dazzling eye candies.
Tatiana Plakhova - Taking inspiration from music, Tatiana sculpts intricate landscapes of mathematical curves and equations.
Aya Kato - By combining traditional Japanese elements with pop art, with a little hint of Art Nouveau's flair, she has successfully developed a delicate, ornate style that belongs to her and her alone, at such a young age.
